The Southeast Georgetown Secondary Plan provides the opportunity to deliver direction to an existing greenfield area near the hamlet of Norval, located at a prominent gateway point into Georgetown. The Secondary Plan will and propose a neighbourhood that exhibits high-quality urban design and an environment-first approach. As experts in land use planning and urban design, SGL was retained by the Town of Halton Hills to project manage a multi- disciplinary team. The secondary plan will facilitate the development of an area where residents, employees and visitors can live active healthy lifestyles.
