At SGL, we take a collaborative approach to development services, working with our clients and municipalities towards the approval of development proposals. Our team has considerable experience in obtaining development approvals for both small and large-scale proposals in municipalities across Southern Ontario, which has included managing consultant teams and coordinating the submission of applications and development meetings. Depending on the project, our services involve preparing Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plan Applications and Minor Variance Applications, and accompanying Justification Reports and Urban Design Briefs.
