Dundas Street Mid-Rise Residential
SGL prepared an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Application for 255 Dundas Street West in Mississauga. The proposal represented good planning and urban design, providing for intensified built form with a mix of uses within the Cooksville Neighbourhood Character Area and transit-oriented development along the Dundas Street intensification corridor and bus rapid transit route (BRT) and in close proximity to the future Hurontario Street light rail transit (LRT) route. As part of this project, SGL also prepred an Urban Design Brief and presented at the City's Design Review Panel.
