Elm Drive High-Rise Mixed Use Tower Development
SGL was retained by Solmar Development Corp. to be part of an inter-disciplinary team of consultants working collaboratively on the submission of an Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment and Site Plan Application to facilitate the development of three condominium towers and a public park located on Elm Drive West in Downtown Mississauga. SGL coordinated submission of the application and supporting documents including a Planning Justification Report and Urban Design Brief on behalf of the project team, as well as led the process of responding to comments received from the City and agencies, ultimately leading to the approval of the application.
