Subsequent to an Official Plan Review, SGL was retained again to undertake a review of the Town's Zoning By-law. Key issues were to introduce innovative zoning provisions and introduce a more user-friendly format and to simplify and consolidate the residential, commercial, and industrial zones where appropriate. An update to the existing zoning maps and approximately 400 site-specific exceptions, as needed, were also undertaken.
