West Whitby Zoning By-law

SGL was retained by the Town of Whitby to create a zoning by-law for the undeveloped West Whitby Secondary Plan Area, a residential, mixed-use and employment area. The project involved working collaboratively with the Town to create a clear, concise and modern by-law that implements the West Whitby Secondary Plan in a manner that will foster compact urban form. The product was a modern zoning by-law that fits within the existing zoning by-law.
